Refund Policy
INCUE LLC provides a 4-week free trial so customers can fully evaluate the service before subscribing. Because all paid subscriptions provide immediate access to automated patent search features, downloadable reports, and cadence-based services, all subscription fees are non-refundable once the paid period begins. If you experience an issue with the service, please contact us at support@incuellc.com and we will work to resolve it promptly.
